All of our windows and doors are A rated, argon filled, double glazed units and meet the current Part L building regulations requirements for thermal performance of glazing. All locking systems exceed the existing "secured by design" standards recommended by the UK police force.
Available as standard in UPVC and aluminium upon request, in a choice of colours, styles and widths for all contemporary garden rooms.
Single Entrance Doors
Over clad, with or without single or double side lights. Over clad doors feature the same cladding material over the external face of the door, good for integrated storage areas.
Sliding Patio Doors
2,3 and 4 pane options.
French Doors
French doors with or without single or double side lights.
Bi-folding Doors
2,3 and 4 pane options. When combines with decking provides a large entertainer area for the summer months.

Many styles for different uses, opening and fixed glazing options.
Layout Options
Five layout styles form the basis for most of our garden rooms and some define the main entrance door position, each is available in widths from 2.4m to 8.4m and depths from 2.338m to 4.438m, with or without the option of a full length overhang and decking. Each can be finished with your choice of external cladding materials and your choice of windows and doors and skylights.
Cube
Windows and door can be positioned on any face, or a corner aspect door and window. Externally with or without a full length front overhang.
Recessed Door
A 300mm recessed overhang is created to the front aspect, together with a decked step running part way across the building. Entrance doors from 0.9m to 4.2m are available to fit into the recess. Available as right or left hand versions.
Recessed Door + Corner Window
A 300mm recessed overhang is created to the front aspect, together with a decked step running part way across the building. Entrance doors from 0.9m to 4.2m are available to fit into the recess with the addition of a corner aspect window. Available as right or left hand versions.
Recessed Door & Corner Window
A 300mm recessed overhang is created to the front aspect, together with a decked step running part way across the building. Entrance doors from 0.9m to 4.2m are available to fit into the recess with the addition of a recessed corner aspect window. Available as right or left hand versions.

Cladding is probably one of the areas where you can make the most visual impact for your contemporary garden room. Any layout of garden room can be externally finish in any one of our available cladding materials, popular natural timber choices are cedar, larch and thermwood and also composite options for a completely maintenance free finish. Cladding boards can be installed vertically or horizontally depending on your personal preference and can be specified in different board widths and cladding profiles.
Skylights
Skylights are a great way to flood the inside of your new space with natural light and a popular option. Double glazed, argon filled, roof lights with self-cleaning glass, fully compliment within the 2.5m height limit and available on all garden room designs in different sizes.
Decking
Adding a deck area to your garden room provides an additional new space to enjoy during the summer months. We have a selection of decking materials available to match your cladding choice and budget. All flat profile decking is inclusive of an anti-slip treatment and all decking packages are inclusive of the additional matching cladding required to complete the sides of your decking area and the required foundations.
