We are on the constant lookout for the right individuals to join our team and accept CVs on an ongoing basis.
We look for individuals with relevant dedicated building experience mostly in the areas of joinery, together with an overall appreciation of other building practices. We are structured to install as a two-man team, with additional onsite support from our plastering team and electrician and therefore can offer positions within the two-man build team, as either a lead build co-coordinator or as the build support second. Training and support can be provided to fill most gaps in knowledge for the right individual who can demonstrate our desired personal attributes.
Lead Build Co-coordinator
Required working history:
Individuals should be able to demonstrate an extensive working history in joinery in construction and demonstrate they have the ability to follow detailed drawings, methods and instructions. You should have a history of manage people and coordinating activities to meet timelines.
Personal Attributes:
A professional approach and appearance is a must. You must be dedicated to your working task, be very practical, take pride in your work, demonstrate an attention to detail and enjoy being hands on while working outdoors. Excellent communications skills and a completer finisher mentality.
What will be expected:
Periods of time working away from home during weekdays and a clean UK driving licence as driving large vans will form part of the role. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities to meet timelines and reporting progress on a daily basis to both our clients and back to the office.
As remuneration:
Competitive packages and rates are available for a person with the right working history and personal attributes, rates of pay reflect experience demonstrated and include allowances for working away, travel time and sustenance. Build Support Second
Required working history:
Individuals should be able to demonstrate a working history in construction, ideally with joinery experience and demonstrate they have the ability to follow methods and instructions.
Personal Attributes:
A professional approach and appearance is a must. You must be dedicated to your working task, be very practical, take pride in your work, demonstrate an attention to detail and enjoy being hands on while working outdoors.
What will be expected:
Periods of time working away from home during weekdays and a clean UK driving licence as travelling will form part of the role. Provide support as requested to the lead build co-coordinator by providing a strong work ethic.
